2- whatever your role is you will involve with most of the teams making it the best place that offers exposure to increase individuals corporate maturity & collaboration.

5- Fast Tempo & complex technical environment will force you to understand little about all parties duties.

1 - Very Chaotic , alot of times environment are too complex -also too fast tempo- to followup making it very difficult to understand what is going on or for a new joiner to keep up , Hence it will take anyone -E Payment veterans - quite sometime to adjust.
2- Too Long working hours that might even seam never ending -including weekends off course -& no overtime.
3- Packages aren't that competitive.
4- People aren't patient as everyone is under tremendous pressure all the time .
All and all not recommended place for someone that wants good , easy environment with consistent working hours and good packages
