Depends on who you're around but there are some really great people there.

Lots of clout chasing, toxic leadership with little support for junior/middle staff, the comradery is more like trauma bonding

Management is a disaster and the nepotism/cliques are insane. Getting anything done requires the approval of so many people that are clueless about the projects. Everything gets distilled down to it's worst possible version.

Management has little to no experience, friends of Faze was very common.
You would get hired for a great position with a great salary if you had a friend that works at Faze, didn't matter if you had no experience.
There was no diversity at all, there is no work life balance or work culture.
