Traveling to the midtown location is nasty, but they are more open to remote work than in the past. The building is spectacular and in a nice area of town. They have a very good cafeteria with reasonable prices. The atmosphere is inclusive, rewarding and has excellent benefits. There aren't too many companies that still offer a pension but FRBA is one of them! After 5 years of employment, staff are fully vested in the company and in 100% of their 401K.
