Don't expect any sort of pay raise. What you agreed on upon hire is what you get for the rest of your days. Not even cost of living or if you took on more responsibilities or put in tons of overtime. I could no longer afford to work there. Company moral stunk. People were never appreciated for their work. The owners were so out of touch with who made them their money. As long as you kiss the owners bottom you had a job.
