It is very cliquey and the negative people rule the roost. The workplace culture is nonexistent and nothing is being done to make employees feel appreciated or to make this a place you want to come everyday. Most of the staff is rude or has a holier than thou attitude. There is no clear leadership hierarchy and it is easy to feel like you have noone to turn for support when issues arise. The only thing they had going for them was great insurance but that is a no longer the case as they nearly tripled the deductible (individual went from $750 a year to $2000 and family went from $2,250 to $6,000) and significantly raised premiums (families are now punished for having more than 1 kid and it went from $198 bi-weekly for a family of 4 to $298 bi-weekly). At the end of the day, it is clear that they only care about making money and do not care about the employees. They expect employees to work long hours and even though they tell you in the interview you can work from home when the need arises, it is clear that this behavior is frowned upon and people look down on you for utilizing it. They only have 6/7 paid holidays per year and no floating holidays are provided. Very blatantly disrespectful. unskilled labor and people just throwing product at you and letting it fall and walk away. the supermodel woman are disrespectful to the fat ugly woman. If I had the time to work there I would definitely go there again. The amount of hours I work each week I never had time with my kids.
