CEO has no idea how to run a company. Comes in late. Leaves early. Spends all day on personal cell phone and shopping on Amazon.
Women say it's a hostile work environment towards them. I have seen this personally.

Benefits are pretty good.
Hours are not bad, depending on the dept you can come and go as you please.
WFH is common in some depts

The executive team can't agree on ANYTHING!
The CEO is not there (even when he is there). He rarely comes out of his office.
Most execs work out of Chicago and they don't talk to each other (at least not well!).
Some people have been there for their whole career and they have no idea what they are doing (but they think they do!).
You show up everyday not knowing whether you will be laid off. Layoffs just happen randomly, without warning and with little explanation.
