Leadership has thrown away a focus on providing quality for a focus on squeezing as much money out of their designee base as possible. Shilling products that are filled with bugs and outdated material. Making a plan and then committing to it didnt happen often. Information was not shared very well and communication was broken. The management was hit or miss depending on the dept. The best part of working for this company were the people. The environment pertaining to the general users was friendly and inviting and I really liked all the users I supported. The hardest part of the job was the constant changes and general chaos that resulted in decisions constantly being made and then changed. The lack of effective communication definitely contributed to the general confusion.
