A lot of great engineers working there. Management changes priorities of products on weekly basis. Nothing is settled, little is known, nobody is responsible. You start your sprint, after 2 days half of tasks are removed and new are put in because "urgent change". New features are not really thought through, there was no UX designer, resulting in a lot of changes AFTER the implementation was done. Management is not listening to users, or engineers. Often project managers sitting in the same room will not talk about their projects so engineers who work on them have to figure out that they are actually developing same thing twice. Development budget? Forget about it, you are on your own. Working from home? Customers are just means to make money and there is literally no support in the company. There is no training or clear objectives and job functions to define goals and strategies. It came as a surprise to me after working how has the company progressed to this stage. My responsibilities were reasonable, my workmates were fun and engaging people, and I never felt stressed out while at work there. There was apparently some drama between the US-based boss and the Poland-based CEO of the company. While I don't really know the details, it culminated in the entire Fibaro USA branch being shut down and all its employees being laid off.
