This company truly sucks. They tell you exactly what you want to hear to get you in the door and, work life balance, good pay, promise advancement etc. but will immediately turn on you when you need time off or seem like you know more then your supervisor. The customers are down right rude, the delivery drivers they contract are as dumb as they come and everything is your fault. Unorganized. No kinda systems in place( safety, etc.). The general manager just follows higher up orders, who can careless about the warehouse staff( which I heard from their mouths). No trust or faith in employees( higher up always monitoring on cameras). Even their clients complain about the place. Ive been there over a year and have seen at least 20 or more people quit, some within hours. None that i could think of. Over worked, underpaid. Short breaks. I left once I realized you basically can't get a raise but once a year and its only 50cents at best. They gave me the opportunity to grow and learn new things. It was unfortunate that I had to be laid off. I have nothing but good things to say about Fidelitone.
