Executive Management does not want to listen to better and more efficient ways of operating. I have presented several thoughtful, meaningful ideas about the Portfolio to them and other Senior Managers but they never get implemented. We are doing things the same way we did them 5 years ago. Now we have been acquired by a bigger bank and my ideas will never get implemented.
