It's a job that can get you some extra cash on the side. Though the number of jobs are few and far between and often pay poorly. Good jobs are super competitive where you can't even click fast enough. They'll have you do some jobs that take 30 minutes and pay 3 dollars.

Overall, FA was a good place to grow. A lot of friendly people. Company goals were sometimes not super realistic, but generally I enjoyed my time there.

Great People and Culture, Not competitive compensation

I love working at Field Agent and I think the people here are amazing people. But for the area, my position, and annual review ratings, I do not currently have what one would describe as a 'competitive salary'. The Dev team is an amazing group of hard working people and all of them are helpful and have a desire to see everyone succeed and grow. Also, any "Independent Contractor", or someone who talks about only doing the Jobs on our app, is not a direct corporate employee and just uses our app where what work is done is entirely up to the user. We use crowd sourcing for our data collection, and they use our app to collect data for us and are compensated for each individual job completed.

I have been with F.A. for a long time because I am a stay-home-parent and I like that their gigs are flexible with my family's crazy schedule.
This company has been a life saver for me because it gives me something flexible and easy to do that pays me for my work and helps towards our family income and or something to treat myself.
