Customers LOVE FieldConnect. People are honest & helpful. No evil employees. Just moved to a nice location in Irvine that's comfortable, clean and safe. The company is growing an investing in new product and good people. It's still very small so you need to be comfortable in a small business environment. Good work/life balance.

Weird chain of command to owner. Owner is not often in the office, but is demanding when he is, but generally a good guy 1-1 to employees. Not a big budget business so pennies are counted.

8 hours is never enough for them
Favoritism towards a small handful of employees

Small office that needs to be cleaned up
Owner can be rude and angry
No break area where you can sit down and eat so you have to sit at your desk or in the middle of the office at a conference table
