The third one though she’s the worst she picks her favorites and there the ones who get any extra hours available she gossips to her favorites about any and everything about other employees including private business. She heard about an affair between employees then thought it’d be funny to make them work side by side for the day. She’s told other employees when someone’s about to be fired or getting in trouble. Some people say Disney World is the happiest place on earth. These people have obviously never worked at Field Goods. I love waking up and coming to work every day. The people I work with and the environment are simply fantastic. The management team are rockstars, from production to logistics, couldn't ask for a better group of people! Field Goods is simply the best, and above the rest! Benefits, pay, and culture. Production manager is a horror. No benefits, breaks, or lunch. Don't know how they get away with that. Could work 4 hrs. or 8 or nine hours. When they tell you to go home, that's it. I liked getting up everyday to go to work. Working with small scale farmers and producers, helping to make a difference in local economies, CEO is the best problem solver I've ever worked for.
