FieldLogix is a great place to work! I started working here right after graduating and they do what they can to help you grow and ensure that you're reaching your career goals. I still feel like I'm learning and management continues to schedule trainings and provide their employees with resources. The company culture is amazing and I look forward to going to work and seeing everyone. FieldLogix continues to innovate and push out new features to help users.

As an innovative company, there is always updates in features and changes meaning that you're required to know these as well. I enjoy this personally because it's never static. However, if you're not open to switching up your strategy it might be challenging.

Who knew working at a GPS Tracking company could be so amazing? Great, genuine people at this company. If you're looking to work in a cool small to medium sized company, make this one you apply for.
Management let's you pick you're path to growth and is open to new ideas. They're also willing to share all their knowledge and to me that was invaluable.
Compensation started off pretty good and after a little elbow grease and spending a year there, I got a shocking raise (in a great way).

In startup, there's less structure and more of a figure it out mentality. Some people like it, some people crash, burn, and move to a company that tells them exactly what to do.

FieldLogix has a great environment and an awesome work culture. Management is open to employee's input and to their aspirations of professional within the company. I started off as a part-time bookkeeper but was eventually able to gain full-time hours and more responsibility simply because I asked. Everyone at the company had a great attitude and made me love coming into work every day.

FieldLogix is a smaller private company so resources are limited. However, I wouldn't go as far to say that "management is greedy" as in a previous review. Obviously a smaller company will not be able to afford to pay as well as other larger corporations because they have to be smarter with their resources. What you get with this company is the awesome unique work environment and a great opportunity for personal and professional growth.
