I came from a very large company which made it hard to get my ideas heard. Field Nation is the exact opposite. They encourage collaboration, communication, and they listen! The product is amazing and each department is solid all the way around. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who run it.
The leadership is top notch and does an outstanding job with interacting with each department. Field Nation is just scratching the surface and is about to explode. It's a great time to be here and experience it!

If you don't come into Field Nation with an open mind to change, then you will have a bad experience. The change has always been in the best interest for the employees but if you are someone that likes a defined process, then it won't be a good fit for you. Take this with a grain of salt, because most of the change has come from listening to the employees and refining the process from sales strategy, corporate structure, to on-boarding clients.
This is not a con, but sometimes you need to take ownership to troubleshoot problems if resources are not available. This has made me a better salesperson and more knowledgeable of the Field Nation product.
