The issue? Leadership essentially doesn't understand why the product isn't selling. In part, it's because it doesn't demo well. Then they want pricing to be on-par with industry leaders, but without a brand name. Also they see a lack of sales as an effort related issue. There's no marketing, no pricing or discernible competitive advantage, and no lead generation. In SaaS, that's a death sentence. Finally, implementations take 2-3x what they promised customers. All of these things make it hard to close deals, difficult to utilize existing business for referrals, and even harder to get paid. It's just not worth it. The economy is good. Don't buy their pitch. Take a different role. | 0.0 | 0.0 | 2.0 | 3.0 | 1.0 | 1.0 | 2.0 | 1.0 | Jan 21st, 2021 07:34PM | Mar 20th, 2021 01:25PM | Field Squared | Financial Services |
