Upper management had a vision that was causing the company to grow. Got bought by another company, which didn't have a clear vision of what it wanted to be. Desk job, co workers are mostly nice and enjoy being around them, slightly higher then minimum wage. Theft in office, elevator breaks and makes horrifying noises while you're in it and the office is 3 floors up, if youre not a favorite or high achiever then youre constantly harassed over petty things. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 427505 Open The amount of rollover is horrible. Good agents leave constantly over petty things that happen. The point system is nice but can cause the lose of a great employee. There needs to be more ways to work at lowering points other then waiting for 6 months for them to fall off. Appreciation for the agents would not go unnoticed for sure and being able to make actual changes to the schedule would be amazing.
