What I learned
|
How to be punctual and reliable. Knowledge of regional roads, time keeping, being presentable. Knowledge of a hgv trailer, how to to all formal checks, how to manage chill and freezer compartments. How to train other hgv drivers. How to manage driver maps and delicate drivers to locations within time frame of tachometer.

this work place was a very fast pace had monthly quota but poor management had to many chiefs and not enough Indians.But i did learn how to do new thing like dock work, restock.

The few years I was with Fifth Gear, absolutely provided me with new opportunities and challenges. They provided me the tools and support to grow in the IT industry with marketable skills. Terrible management
|
While the hours were great, the management was lacking. They give you guidelines to follow when trying to appease customers but when it escalates, they do not stand behind you and the decisions you have made to help the customer. They undermine everything you try to work for which makes their employees look incompetent. As a call center with multiple accounts, the pay could have been better as well. It was below the national average for a customer service representative.

it was easy and perfectly fine. You got moved around a lot had to stand on your feet all day but they let you listen to music you really didn't have to work that fast or hard

Unorganized under payed just an all around messed up place to work.most employees are there cause they are on parole heath insurance is no good 401k is no good place needs to be shut down permently
