Once a premier institute ,now reduced to an unethical, scam institute

Decent working hours -36 teaching hours per week is what the management expects
|
1.They offer high ctc on paper but the inhand salary will be far less. For ex: Employee with 12lpa as CTC will recieve around 60K inhand.
2.No EL/CL can be encashed. But still be included in the offer letter. Child education allowance and other allowances to recieve is a very hard task even if you have proper documentation.
3.They will ask you to call students and parents for counselling.
4.Too much boot licking can be seen in the company and talent will not be recognised.
5.Appraisal didnt happen for last 4 years. Always they make some excuse and keep delaying the process.
6.Salary cuts are quite common.
There are many more cons to write. In a nut shell ,unless you don't have any other job
and desperate for one ,do not go to Fiitjee .There will be absolutely no growth and the company itself is in deep financial stress.To reduce their cost, they are hiring freshers and doing injustice to students. The only reason they are surviving is that the are banking on the brand name that they before.Slowly that will also fade away, clearly it is evident from their admissions drop.I advise you not to sail on a boat which is sinking.
