Lay offs basically more than yearly if not every few months. Restructure after restructure, CEO that doesn’t know what he is doing or approving. They fired workers literally holding the only team that was bringing revenue to the company. Expect witch hunt investigations from other directors to essentially select who they will fire next on another mass lay off based on popularity contest and plan that only those that are brown nosers are the ones that are safe from being fired and in fact are even promoted even when they sleep while at work. Account Manager Seattle, WA Industry laughing stock If you enjoy job insecurity, working for profoundly incompetent managers more concerned about ever aggrandizing their own job titles, low wages, people with minimal at best and zero automotive knowledge at worst, favoritism, nepotism, training your replacement from the Philippines, C-suite team that have daily ego stroking meetings from atop a skyscraper office they cannot afford, then Wrench is the place for you. You can spend countless hours in meetings dreaming of what a real company would do while jobs aren't done on time, customers are angry and everyone pretends they are a tech company that unfortunately cannot hobble together enough tech to make a digital etch and sketch. slack from home pay, incompetent management, massive egos, job insecurity and constant firings and layoffs as the company slowly dies 1.0 0.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 Apr 7th, 2024 12:49AM Apr 7th, 2024 12:49AM Fiix

private:fiix https://www.indeed.com/cmp/wrench,-inc./reviews Apr 2nd, 2023 01:38AM Open Open Open Wrench, Inc. Account Executive Seattle, WA Unstable company with no regard for their employees. Stay away whether client or prospective employee. I worked about 60 hours per week for this company with no overtime. Keep in mind this is as an account manager handling some of the most important accounts the company had. The higher ups at Wrench decided it was a good idea to lay off over half the workforce and replace us with workers in the Dominican Republic. The culture and management seemed promising at first, but in the end even the one person I liked in upper management got sacked. After working with Wrench for almost two years, being laid off with no notice was a punch in the face. I will not recommend this company to anybody I care about. Made my own schedule at first, but as they lost money they continued laying people off until that was no longer the case, Oh yeah and remote work with decent ish benefits On call for all time zones meaning I was working 9am-8pm most days, Company has no eye toward proper growth, Leadership tends to favor buying smaller companies not investing in the clientele and workforce 0.0 0.0 1.0 3.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 Apr 2nd, 2023 12:47AM Apr 2nd, 2023 12:47AM Fiix

Team Leader Bristol, TN Laid off with no notice Wrench was a good company to work for, for about 2 and a half years before they acquired your mechanic and things went down hill. It’s very clear the senior management and the ceo have no clear direction to go and are very disconnected from those who do the daily work. I thought that I had finally found a company I could love and work with only for them to become like every other corporate company and maintain their customer care overseas so they could maintain their paychecks and pay the average worker less. Good team work at the base level, great benefits, pay and PTO. Senior management is disconnected, will get laid off or fired with no notice, no consequences for actions clearly breaking the rules 1.0 0.0 3.0 3.0 5.0 2.0 5.0 2.0 Feb 20th, 2023 03:12PM Feb 20th, 2023 03:12PM Fiix
private:fiix https://www.indeed.com/cmp/wrench,-inc./reviews Feb 4th, 2023 05:10PM Open Open Open Wrench, Inc. Revenue Agent Seattle, WA Was good, now not so much. On Feb 3, 2023 they laid off the entire revenue team department, as well as other teams, and moved their jobs outside of the US to the Dominican Republic. The teams that were eliminated found out by email the moment it happened. I would no longer recommend this company as a place to work or for using their services in any capacity. The CEO is making questionable decisions and if it’s bad enough they can’t make the business work without paying foreign workers pennies on the dollar, then it’s only a matter of time before the business goes down. 2.0 0.0 1.0 4.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 Feb 20th, 2023 03:12PM Feb 20th, 2023 03:12PM Fiix
private:fiix https://www.indeed.com/cmp/wrench,-inc./reviews Feb 3rd, 2023 05:41PM Open Open Open Wrench, Inc. Who knows Remote Lack of decorum and communication in the place is ruining it. There is absolutely no communications between the higher ups and the people who actually do the daily activities required to keep the company running. The people running this company have clearly never worked in a shop. The technicians can do what ever they want with no repercussions. This company should've had a lock on this remote mechanics industry and they are just tossing it down the drain. They spent millions on millions requiring other companies but give employees 3% "Cost of living" raises with no care about how much work you've actually put in. Don't work here, Don't use them, Let them disappear so someone better can take over the scene. It needs to happen. You'll just get rescheduled 5 times before the tech tells you that you have to go to a brick and mortar anyways.
