Terrible work culture - bad pay
|
A whole department of people living for the weekend. They all hate their positions and are cranky at work. No one is excited to improve upon the way things are done. A very "just do your work and keep your head down" attitude. I believe that this culture stems from the Vice President of operations who is basically sociopathic.

Hands down the best job I have had to date. I woke up every morning around 6 and would report to my sales manager, she would give me a list of contacts that i would visit and merchandise for while pushing current product sales. Often I would be asked to meet somewhere early in the AM and to set up big displays of product at key locations. Everybody worked hard, was treated with respect and fairness. I think the best part of this job was feeling like I was my own boss in charge.

Fiji Water is known as the best working place in Fiji with alot of benefits and advantage.
My daily routine was keeping up with suppliers accounts. Emailing Updating and always keeping company suppliers accounts pn track.My worse days would be themonth end compling where you trying to keep up with suppliers accounts at the same time you are trying to finish assigned task given my Finance manager.Best day would be finishing your task and work on time so you could have time for yourself.it is stressful but i loved every minute coz i gained,i learnt and it helped me reach this spot.
