It's worth noting that an overwhelming majority of the staff are drama-free and collaborate easily across the organization. Everyone would come in at different times but would show up within the same hour. There I learned about their submission processes and the importance of sticking to a schedule. Along with that I also learned how to deal with inconsistencies with work or information. In this instance, my position as an intern I assisted in this organization company by providing help organizing the hands-on needs of film promotional events as well as award ceremonies. The help ranged from physical organizing, moving of various materials, promotion decor, to name a few. This position also encompassed in-office work involving conforming mailing needs, as well as small scaled tasks needing assistance.
