Not worth your time. Owner/Management is toxic.

Paychecks cleared and basic paid holidays.

Lousy pay. Lousy insurance. No overtime. No other benefits. Horrible management takes advantage of employees. No one ever gets a raise.

Treat others the way you'd like to be treated. Competitive pay, profit sharing, retirement benefits, flex time, and some real insurance are basics. Everyone else offers these things. Why don't you? If you want loyal employees who will stick around, you need to get a clue. And would it kill you to be nice?
