Filson Customer Service United States USA Concerns about management are true Great HR department, good benefits, growth opportunities. Most people I worked with are hard-working and genuinely good individuals. Poor management, lack of interdepartmental communication, high level execs are disconnected with the needs of the customer. Employees are constantly kept in the dark about major company direction and it constantly makes everyone look completely incompetent. It is a miracle that anything gets done, honestly. The higher level execs are only concerned about money and they are cutting corners by giving managers way more responsibility than they can feasibly handle, leaving the employees under them to suffer. The turnaround for management positions is high, leaving major gaps of knowledge every time someone leaves. This allows for the same mistakes to be made over and over.
