Just about quota, numbers, and bringing in new accounts to give the back profits. Employees are under paid and maxed out with no raises or cost of living raise. Hard to get an internal job because you would have to take a pay cut. Hire new people instead so they can pay them less. Low moral and management does not help with issues with employees or work. If you are hearing complaints from multiple people regarding issues, it is not that the new employee has a "personality conflict" it is that there are issues that need to be reviewed/addressed. Re-evaluate pay and work expectations, it is low pay compared to what is required of us. Cut out the attitudes.
