This place is evil! The work environment is stinky! Foul / gas smelling everywhere! Smells like sulfur everywhere. I even got sick there from it! And co workers and managers were witches! Don't ever work here! Working hard as frowned upon. Nothing but haters here don't ever work here

Caring staff within a fast-pace, time-sensitive, customer service setting

Finpac is a really good company to work for. They care about their staff and encourage community involvement by offering up to 40 hours of volunteer time every year. I like that my department promotes from within, allowing staff the opportunity to be diverse and learn new functions of the business. Supervisors have their favorites but as long as you are professional and don't involve yourself in some of the negativity that goes around, it is recognized and appreciated.

Could be a fun office setting.

They do have fun activities and some compensation for being active. You get paid $20 a month if you go to the gym a certain amount of times. It's an office setting so you do have to be professional but some women are on a power trip. People are all trying to advance in their position so it does get competitive.

1hr lunch w/ (2)15min breaks, fun culture depending on your department, Great health benefits, guaranteed full time hours, depending on department there is commission

Working with alot of women so you do get drama, everyone doesn't treat you with respect if you're not in their department, you have to know people to advance, training for advancement is rare, feels like your in high school because of all the gossip.
