Procedures set are not for all employees but for those they want to use the procedures against. There is blatant favoritism and what I can't understand is how they are able to get away with it. I am so elated that I am no longer an employee there. Too bad the owners are not aware of what management does, for if they did, their party would be OVER!! Do yourself a favor and find another place of employment. There is no job security, you will be fired for everything you do and their reason is.... we saw it in the camera.... oh yeah!!! they have cameras everywhere... and they are not for security.... they are there to see every move everyone makes. The managers play favorites.... Big time!!! There is absolutely NO room to grow, you will always be stagnant in what you are doing. They are very wise using information against you to get what they want. College grads run away from this, you worked way too hard to end up at a company like this. This is a simple application processing position and anyone can do it. It's best if they just hire blue collar employees because people who went to college worked way too hard to get tossed around by the micromanager (Management doesn't even know how to do half of the work the employees do. So instead of helping their employees, they scold them by asking why they don't know the information and tell you to look at the manual; which more than likely it's not in the manual). When I mean they, I mean the micromanager.
