Is there a reason turnover has been so high? What is team morale really like? How are you evangelizing for the company? These are all things to consider. People are hired to do jobs. Let them do them. Intervene or provide critical feedback when necessary at important junctures, but avoid steamrolling and taking control. It leaves employees deflated and discouraged, and sets up the company for further turnover. Lastly, raising your voice in anger or frustration creates an uncomfortable work environment for everyone, not just the person on the receiving end.
