private:findlaw https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=31038 Dec 8th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open FindLaw Eagan, MN Steady paycheck, stifling culture Good corporate benefits and stability... Better than average pay for the area, work from home, 401k match, bonus and incentive programs. Extremely passive managers who don't communicate, day-to-day concerns among employees are never addressed, little opportunity for advancement. Stifling corporate culture. Recognition and promotions are based on who will speak up for you, not your ability. If you want steady, 9 to 5 employment as a wall flower employee, this is the place for you. If you are ambitious, look elsewhere. -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 1.0 2.0 4.0 2.0 1.0 4.0 2.0 31038 Open Lead from the front 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 4.0 Feb 12th, 2021 07:25PM Feb 12th, 2021 07:25PM FindLaw Consumer Services
