The culture was fantastic and there were remote working opportunities. The campus was huge, there's a lot of food options there, it get's cold so they shuttle you in to the office from the parking lot.

As a FED in this organization, I convert Photoshop designs into a high quality optimized website to help get traffic into these lawfirms' website and become their potential clients. It is my job to make sure that every aspect of the website is running smoothly. It is a requirement that all of my coding be responsive so in any browser size from desktop to mobile, users can access the website and get the correct information they need. The hardest part about working at FindLaw was the avialability to have time to obtain and learn new technologies that would help enhance my skills and knowledge. I had to use my own time to do these things to help me stay on top of trends and technologies.

What I learned: agile methodology and management styles of tech/business teams
Management: positive, bright, struggles to facilitate effective communication between IT and business teams and establish project scope and direction
Hardest part of job: consistently crafting tasks to compliment the primary needs of a project team with frequently-changing scope and direction.

Things have changed over the last year at FindLaw. It used to be a very happy, mellow and fun place to work but now it's a rat race and a very high stress place.
The sad part is, the employees there are so nice but they are leaving left and right.

I learned how to utilize multiple systems.
Management liked to gossip and tamper with our hours.
Coworkers were nosy.
Hardest part of the job was living week to week with the hours and being called in every day.
Enjoyed the laxness of the campaign.
