Wonderful Place to Work!

I loved my job as an RBT at Findlay! It took awhile to get in and they pay was less than I hoped, but I loved it here. It brought me life long friends that I still have today. The BCBA Emily, was amazing! She always gave support and encouragement and gave me every advantage.

It was a great place to work while my kids were in elementary school!

I worked at the school for the hours and not having to work weekends! As my kids had gotten older the hours conflicted with their schedule. The job required a lot of physical activity and you have to endure all the elements of the environment, cold, hot and rain.

Very good employer. Family like atmosphere with dedicated and caring employees. Few full time positions for secretaries however and those that are full time are rarely available for advancement because people never want to retire or leave.

I liked the position
|
I liked working for the school system but the hours just got to me. Cleaning of the school was the right thing for me to make a good atmosphere for the students and the teachers. I would like to go on with this, but there is other things to do right now. I liked what I did for the schools system. I had no complaints. The job was not difficult, I liked all the teachers, the students were great to get along with.
