In the almost 2 decades of my professional career, FINE is most likely the best company I've ever worked with. The people here at smart, funny, and good at their jobs. Work/Life balance is good. People take vacations, work from home, or jump out to pick up their kids occasionally. The coffee and snacks are delicious. Projects are always coming down the pipe and keeping you busy, so things don't get boring.

If you want to work on cutting edge machine learning algorithms or blockchain, this probably isn't the right place. But the work is fun and interesting just the same. There can be a certain amount of repetition to projects, but there is usually some variety and finding the repetition is always an opportunity to automate or improve process.

The culture is great, they genuinely care about their employees and it shows, there is even a new Talent Director specifically to foster growth within the company. There are some really interesting projects with new brands or in new industries that allow boundaries to be pushed more. Everyone is really on top of their game and its a very supportive and motivating environment for personal growth.

A lot of the work is in verticals which can be fun when doing different winery or hospitality branding but can feel repetitive when doing multiple VC websites - however more and more new types of projects are coming in which is lessening this issue.

The gumball machine has m&m's in it right now, I'd much prefer peanut m&ms. Office dogs aren't yet an every day thing, I like pup snuggles and would like to have more of those. It would be nice to have an espresso machine in addition to the pour over and press coffee options we currently have but that would require I get a third cup size which seems excessive.
