Whenever you work for a small family owned company be prepared for lack of advancement and management conflicts. Be prepared for job evaluations to be more about personality than accomplishments. Also realize that if sales people aren't doing their jobs effectively, YOU will be expendable, not them.

Can be fast paced at times very clean environment I learned great time management skills the shipping and receiving department is one of the best in the industry.The management is pretty sharp the work place culture is fairly laid back,the hardest part of the job was frequent heavy deliveries that could be pretty labor intensive but that is not all day everyday. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with good people great customers .Very consistent work days no strange events

Very friendly and peaceful environment

My co-workers have made me feel at home since day one of working here. I have learned so many things about being in business that I had not known before. This job has opened my eyes to more jobs that I might be interested in. I like this job so much because it is very laid back and people just do what they're supposed to do. I like working with older people because it makes it such a mature environment to be in. I don't like that I am not full time because I would love to work full time at some point.

sometimes in the mornings we get breakfast, we sometimes bring food in for everyone, friendly environment, many things to learn, and long lunch breaks.
