Allowed to work remotely all the time - also a CON They have expectations, but won't share them with you, setting you up for failure. I'm a woman, and even I know all female teams are nothing but vicious and unsupportive. This is amplified here. You will be given about 3 days to get used to everything, literally that is all the time you get. Fire yourselves and have some competent managers work there, not just ones that push work around and then onto people without even a moment to discuss. I considered suing you, but decided not to for my mental health. You're the worst - seeming all kind and generous, then waiting, anticipating one single mistake so you can get yelled at, then permanently be seen as a problem. Your culture is hell on earth. That might be a better option when thinking of letting someone go rather than possibly making a decision based on what you personally feel about an individual. I was treated so poorly by a VP in Account Management and it was like walking on eggshells when she would be on the call. I was put on a PIP, grew so much during that time, but it was clear the decision was already made no matter the improvements in work. I worked so hard for this agency and put in so many hours to better myself for nothing. Was barely told I was helping, no bonus, no thank you’s for working until 9pm on a Friday to ensure a website launches, etc. I trusted management and trusted what they said, but even after improving in the areas I was told to improve on and still letting me go, I don’t trust what was said. I was told to speak differently and not use the word “lengthy” when speaking with clients LOL. This SAME example was given to me 3 weeks in a row after just saying that ONE time in reference to an email I sent so the client knew what I was referring to. The clients loved who I was and trusted me. Its over now and I don’t need to wake up with anxiety each and every day being ready for a VP to call me and tell me whats wrong with me. This creates a lot of extra work and fire drills on top of a very full workload.
