This is a good place to start out working. staff is friendly but the boss is hard to get in contact with. I was only paid for days I worked. But could have off as many days as I wanted.

Working at Finlandia was a great way to start my career. They allowed plenty of flexibility in creativity and work hours. Because it was a work study position I did not get paid full time but what I got out from it was much grander than what I expected.

The people who work at Finlandia are good people. Budget concerns make developing a lot difficult. There is are a lot of opportunities if they can get a student base that is sustainable.

I would assist the gallery director in everyday tasks such as sending postcards for events and hanging posters, and was given a task to create an inventory of all the work the University has acquired over the years.
