Dafür ist man an anderer Stelle aber auch früher gegangen. Für ein Start-Up also sicher angemessen. Im besten Wortsinne kollegial. Habe mich von Tag 1 als Teils des Teams gefühlt. Gut war auf jeden Fall, dass im Büro Klimaanalgen aufgestellt wurden. So war der Sommer mit Blick auf den Tiergarten auch gut zu ertragen! Tatsächlich kann ich dazu nichts sagen, weil die Teams generell sehr jung waren. Für das Team-Event kam eine Kollegin auf die Idee, anstelle irgendwo draußen Cocktails zu trinken, in einem inklusiven Tierpark mitanzupacken und eine Benjaminshecke anzulegen. Die Atmosphäre war war super und auch die Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Teams.<br/><br/>Am Anfang war ich etwas eingeschüchtert von der Erfahrung Großraumbüro. Aber nach einer kurzen Eingewöhnungsphase merkt man, welche Vorteile das gerade in Richtung Team-Spirit geht, wenn man sich so häufig sieht. Bad apples and all...but why don't you just check the market and find a better fit? Let the rest of us be happy with what we have. Hire for culture first, but keep an eye on the professionalism and possibilities within each team. I am really bad at saying no, so I work overtime quite often. It's still fun and I could just say "no". In house knowledge database, budget for external seminars and some days off work. There could be a better focus on individual development and "advertisement" of the need to never stop learning. My salary is good, although I don't know how I will further develop. I think career-tracks are in the making right now. Basically alright. Again, very few individual people are somewhat "special" in their approach with people. They will listen to justified criticism/ideas/opinions nevertheless. Just don't "waste" their time! One for all and all for each other. Ask and get answers. Most important information will reach you without need of being proactive I am really confused about some criticism on here. Cannot understand how some people won't understand how great all the equipment, the freedom of choice, the teams with their individual members and the involvement in decision making actually is. No problems here at all. Awesome in most teams. Some black sheep really dilute an awesome culture and hurt our happiness and satisfaction. Very few, though. Let us do some more in that regard. I suggest something like Christmas boxes for kids in 3rd world countries, collecting trash as a group-event, offering open door days for school children (job education program), collaborating with NPOs more in depth. Getting there Do your work is one thing. Being creative and finding interesting tasks another. Finleap always supports me in realising my ideas and trying new approaches.
