The operations department has an outstanding management that supports you and makes you succeed at your role. Great place to do a lot of learning but compensation is terrible. You are often paid below the industry average and working above your pay grade.

Could do with some new blood. Most supervisors / managers are average and haven’t worked anywhere else.
Some really good potential in recruitment but likely they will leave.
One decent regional director. Other than that the whole middle management level needs an overall.

I enjoyed my time at Fircroft it was a good place to work. The workday was 8:30 to 5 with an hour for lunch. The head office was very good to work with.
