The people I worked with daily were excellent. Generally friendly and easy to work with.
|
Most of the management is playing a game of survivor. Each department felt like it's own country lacking unified direction from the top. Very few managers were qualified to be managers and often let politics get in the way of collaboration. Most positions were underpaid. Terrible attendance policy. Company is shrinking in number of employees primarily through a slow degradation of sales. Not much of a future unless drastic steps are taken to course correct.
