Let traders work from home, all employees want that and the company has a significantly high turn over rate, it's something to reflect on. If you give them such perks, they are more likely to be happier with their job, have a better work life balance and work harder. This job is based on your own effort, so if they dont perform, its their loss.
Also, Provide more support for BDA and junior traders than just providing targets and expecting to achieve it.

You can make a GREAT income. Good sales atmosphere with some fun employees. Chocolate covered almonds in the office.

There is a total lack of Ethics, Transparency, and Honesty from top management down. Traders have sales targets that are fuelled by misleading potential new customers and current customers. Traders are trained to test their client knowledge and maximize the amount of margin you can extract on every trade. You are trained to also try to not give clients invoices in order to hide your exchange rates. I've worked at other brokerages and FIRMA is by far the least transparent. I would avoid doing business with this company, and would avoid working for them if you have any sliver of a moral compass.
