Hybrid working model
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate Raw Material needs to be based on requirement and planning strategy
Forecasting communication to the supplier according to Buyer’s guidelines and Purchasing strategy
Requisition analysis & issue PO to the selected supplier(s) according to Buyer’s guidelines
Supplier’s PO confirmation checking
Sample request from selected suppliers and management/follow-up with QC
Monitor PO until reception and QC approval
Liaise directly with the supplier for PO date and quantity maintenance
Close contact with buyers and report incidents
Anticipate future shortages “Missing Parts review” and take preventive actions in coordination with Buyers (Airfreight, alternative sourcing, …)
Apply Firmenich planning policies in order to optimize inventory levels and limit inventory write-off
Review KPIs of the department on a daily basis
Actively participate in departmental meeting (Nonconformance meeting, Purchasing meeting…)

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific or supply chain discipline
Fluent level of English and other languages would be an advantage

Senior Scientist, Assay Development
Key Responsibilities:
GPCR functionalization to support fundamental and applied human olfaction science in the flavor and fragrance industry.
In vitro cell-based assay development amenable to high-throughput biochemical screening, including stable cell line engineering, pluripotent stem cell differentiation, chaperone identification, and activity reporter technologies.
Maintain up-to-date awareness of relevant emerging knowledge and technologies to continually identify opportunities to improve current procedures, protocols, and systems.
Management of scientific research projects.
Analysis, interpretation and communication of data in cross-functional teams to drive project progress and generate novel scientific hypotheses.
Requirements:
PhD in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biology or related field with 4+ years of post-doctoral experience in an academic or industry R&D laboratory, or MS with 6+ years post-graduate laboratory experience.
Expertise in protein, preferably GPCR, functionalization including cell surface targeting, cell-based assay optimization
Practical and theoretical expertise in biochemistry, pharmacology, and cellular and molecular biology. Drug-discovery or plate-based screening experience would be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to become proficient with new technologies (equipment and software) and innovate on processes.
Experience with Computer software such as Excel, GraphPad Prism, PowerPoint, R Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
Use technologies including, but not limited to:
Windows / Web application development in C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core)
Oracle back-end to maintain, improve, and expand a suite of software tools to facilitate research activities of R&D communities
Requirements:
BS, MS in Computer Science is preferred
3-5 years of Full Stack development experience with a focus on C#.NET

• Set up machines to order specification for bottling. Fill and label products to order specification. Clean and sanitize equipment between orders.
• Able to read and understand computer generated batch reports in order to set up machines to order specification.

Key Responsibilities:
Performs routine procedures following written work instructions to complete manufacturing processes.
Measures and verifies that materials are available per specification and operates production equipment.
Maintains documentation on manufacturing processes to comply with organization and regulatory standards.
Read batch card, work orders, recipes, or formulas in order to determine cooking times and temperatures, and ingredient specifications.
Observe gauges, dials, and product characteristics, and adjust controls in order to maintain appropriate temperature, pressure, and flow of ingredients within prescribed limits.
May test product for specified characteristics, such as moisture levels.
Communicate with the lab to anticipate or remedy any problems to ensure the highest quality and optimize efficiency.
Listen for malfunction alarms, and shut down equipment and notify supervisors when necessary.
Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Diploma
Equipment operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
SAP Experience a plus.
Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day;

Key Responsibilities:
• Procesar eficazmente las actividades de Order-to-Cash y coordinar los requisitos del cliente.
• Comprender e introducir la demanda del cliente.
• Resolver los problemas de las operaciones de los clientes para facilitar las entregas.
• Aportar información y mantener un flujo de comunicación claro y eficiente entre los clientes y Firmenich.
• Abrir, seguir y cerrar las no conformidades de los clientes relevantes.
• Proponer y hacer un seguimiento de los posibles planes de acción.

Key Responsibilities:
In fully collaboration with Sales Team , Sales Assistant will be responsible for the delivery of a successful T&B solutions.
SA will collaborate providing answers and solutions to customers in key aspect as samplings, technical documentation and all related topics to achieve the best service.
SA will work closely with our key enablers as sampling departments, Courier companies, Customer Experience department, Regulatory department, Credit and Collection as well Master Data departments.
SA will support to Account Managers in the follow up of the current projects and pipeline. As well SA will be key in the preparation of main KPI’s to check all Sales Vitality.
Promotional campaigns will be as well part of the responsibilities.
