SA will collaborate providing answers and solutions to customers in key aspect as samplings, technical documentation and all related topics to achieve the best service. SA will work closely with our key enablers as sampling departments, Courier companies, Customer Experience department, Regulatory department, Credit and Collection as well Master Data departments. SA will support to Account Managers in the follow up of the current projects and pipeline. As well SA will be key in the preparation of main KPI’s to check all Sales Vitality.
