The infrastructure is ancient (Cisco PIX firewalls) and when management needs 80 hours a week you'll be expected to drop everything. On several occasions I was expected to be available from Friday at 5pm until Sunday at 5pm if the customer/other departments think you're needed (30 min SLA so don't go to the movies or out to dinner) Management is reactionary and soft. If you don't fit into the FNTS mold, you'll be considered an outsider.
