I enjoyed working there, but it is pretty much learn as you go. There is no formal training. They have too many clients and not enough project managers. I was overwhelmed by my workload and upper management says they will do something about it, but they never will.

Job is tiresome and stressful

Very stressful where team work is not a priority. No one want to take responsibility for ownership when things go wrong. Company Culture is not positive or fulfilling. Of course all corporations are concerns with making profits but it can be very difficult to make profits when workers are overworked, underpaid, not fairly compensated or provided accolades.
