* CEO lacks technology/software experience and makes ill-advised decisions based on "Gut feelings" and opinions
* Tech leadership is either not present or biased
* Listened to issues for 6 months; didn't act
* Repeatedly ignored pleas/calls to pay attention to significant bugs
* Very anti-quality environment
* Huge lack of caring about best practices; marketing decisions constantly outrank production bugs
* Refusal to switch tools/technology/etc without any justification
* Developers frequently ignored test's requests (would push directly to production, empty or bare-bones bugs, refusal to update bugs with any detail necessary to reproduce)
