There is no room to grow, pay is low, and things change all the time with no real reason. If you are friends with the hire-ups then let's say you are good.

There are very clear goals, and management communicates progress against those goals every month. Small enough to make an impact, but big enough to see results quickly. Everyone knows where they stand based on the team's metrics. The team is very data-driven and is willing to try a bunch of different things to see what works. The team ships stuff regularly.

Direction can change quickly, which can be frustrating if you are working on something and need to drop it to work on something else. There is sometimes a "not-built-here" syndrome and an aversion to using third-party tools that would make things go faster.

Best mix of flexibility and impact

- Have worked here for a few years, not looking to leave anytime soon. They do a great job of giving people autonomy and let everyone be flexible. - The bonuses/pay are great. I've gotten pretty big raises over the last few years, and I'm on track for a promotion. - It's very stable, not worried about my job or the company going under. - 0 micromanagement. I would not be able to work here if I were micromanaged. - Its a very transparent company, we have a monthly meeting to talk about how the company is doing.

- They just asked everyone in Atlanta to come into the office one day a week. Not really a big deal, I just got used to working from home. - I think your experience here can vary depending on who your manager is. - Half the company is local in Atlanta and the rest are all remote, so I don't really know all the remote team members. Its harder to get to know them socially. - There are a handful of people here that shouldn't be here, they drag the team down. I wish management wouldn't give people so many chances.

low salaries (i had a base + commission and the commission was very low) extremely numbers/data focused - if you don’t meet these, you’re out none of the leaders in the marketing department have actual marketing experience very monotous - you’re always doing the same thing and having the same conversations without actually improving anything no structure

Incredibly disorganized (lack of communication between teams and POs unaware that they even owned certain projects), some very weird managers with terrible communication skills (such as requesting 'A' and then getting upset upon deliverance, insisting that they wanted 'B'), little regard for employee happiness (getting upset that vacation was used, "no severance" as policy)
