I was hired to be the front desk clerk and within weeks I was quickly given multiple hats to wear. Customers were always upset that product was missing, which was because the staff in the warehouse was so unorganized. They did a lot of things off the books. There was no job security at all. I was let go with no bad performance all because they hired back someone they fired and needed to cut payroll. None of the staff is on the same page, management has zero leader skills. We were told to lie to customers about their orders, and told to keep things from them. The accounting office never wanted to take calls from bill collectors; most of the time I was asked to take messages. The six months I worked for this company I never got a “review” and when promised raises they never followed through. The management team fires employees for being rude to customers and then will hire them back with special benefits and pay them double.
