Pay closer attention to the actions and behaviors of the HR Managers and Chief HR Executive (takes the unlimited PTO policy literally). Unprofessional, poor communication, wrong people in top roles, not visible and they're never around. Leadership team causes issues that reach other teams and impact the rest of the HR team. I feel bad for those on the HR team.

Benefits are less that what I would expect. They do have a cheap high-deductible health insurance plan available, which is good, but the normal plan is very expensive. Your hiring contract includes a max year-end bonus percentage, which is a surprisingly low 3% (maybe I could have negotiated this, I don't know). 401k matching is not very good either - only matching 75% of up to 3%, 4%, and 6% of pay, after 3 months, after 1 year, and after 2 years, respectively.

Retain excellent employees in the long term by offering better benefits, including lower health care costs, better bonuses, and better 401k matching. I have loved working here so far, but I honestly don't know that I will be able to stick around for very long. All of my previous jobs have had better benefits than here.

Management seems to have very little experiencing managing groups of people. Inconsistent work requirements and confusing expectations.
Pay is fairly low compared to market rates, benefits are average if not mediocre.
People are often times moved between different facilities and shifts with little to no notice.
