But there are some decent genuine work colleagues Total lack of any real growth over last 15 years I’ve been told. Massive culture of overcharging and ripping off customers due to poor sales. The Vile and toxic atmosphere seems to rife within the company unhappy workforce which has got worse lately.All mainly generated by the present management team .who sit too comfortable on large salaries. (UK specific) Due to the individual approach of each business unit, the company is rife with poor leadership and lack of direction. The UK unit in particular is held back by old views and methods, which severely affects sales performance and potential. Poor choice in managers leads to a lack of development opportunities, and an uncaring attitude from staff. Not willing to take chances or work with new products, stick to what they know only, which leads to a lack of business. No acknowledgement of staff commitment or effort.
