Your supervisors and managers need to be more engaged with their team and not trying to impress upper management by taking on the work of other departments when their own department is drowning. No accountability, someone there 9 years does her job incorrectly then trains others incorrect, no auditing to help to notice the errors until it gets "noticed"Hire enough people to handle the existing and upcoming workloads. Stop putting more and more on everyone. 7 out of 10 people have said if they could, they would leave and never look back. But, they keep staying to "see if it gets better if I work harder" it never does.

Work here if you want to become a button pusher and feel devalued every day. You will start at $30K and it will take 10 years to hit $40k. This applies to all Admin, Service, and Operations. You may be fired without cause regardless of your talent or skill.

Leadership lacks ethics all around. The President is rude, belittling, and makes ego-based decisions that hurt the business.
Recently there has been open bullying of employees to post positive Glassdoor reviews....
The CEO is pompous and talks trash about his employees behind closed doors. This demonstrates a chasm in character that no one should admire.
The company does not value or invest in their people.

FTG is not perfect, but no company is. It is still growing at a tremendous rate. This means there are a ton of areas to get involved in and make a mark for yourself IF you are self-motivated.
|
Depending on the position, hours can be long. However, they try their best to help balance it out.
Some departments seem to be short staffed, but this is due to the growth.
