I enjoyed working there

I was always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I interacted with all departments and levels of seniority and enjoyed the camaraderie I felt there. If there were stresses in other departments, and there must have been some, I was never exposed to them.
Just prior to the start of the pandemic (and my layoff in April 2020), we were enjoying such success and growth that management catered an after hours cocktail party to celebrate with the employees. There were other occasions to celebrate as well - weekly, monthly, holidays, etc. Management was flexible about the hours people kept - as long as the work got done. Some departments seemed to work longer hours than I did.
I was provided with whatever technology I needed to succeed. The work environment is casual and supportive. The managers seem to be respected by their direct reports. I was hired just after the CEO, Rich House, took the helm in the fall of 2019. I don't know what changes the pandemic has wrought to the company since my departure so I can't make any predictions about the future. I wish them well.

Over worked, doesn’t value employees, management not good, .6 cent raises PER Year. Faulty company Winging it by robbing its customers. Doesn’t provide adequate training to its staff which then cs reps do not provide quality customer service. They have vendors that send you used and damage products and the return process can take anywhere from 2 weeks up to years. Just unprofessional stay away

Unorganized, Enormous Turn Over - Most Importantly, Don't Get Comfortable At This Job. Whenever their $1-2 stock plummets, they due massive layoffs as an excuse to lay off their employees of 3+ years. They want to underpay you for your work. Any ideas you may have, management will ignore and or will take credit for your work as theirs. Highly unethical practices within the company, they would rather replace their positions like graphic designers/accounting/IT positions with interns. When companies are fighting to keep their employees, they'd rather cut you off because they can't afford it. Keep an eye on the stock.

There is a welcoming environment that is shown to most employees. The benefits are good and the company seems to e on a great track overall.

The department head in accountant seems to pick a new fight with people everyday and the yelling can be heard across the office when they lose their temper. It seems like it is their way or the highway and they think everyone else is not as busy as they are.

The company makes you feel wanted and appreciated. The supervisors and everyone here is so nice also and very willing to help. As long as you come to work, they are willing to put in the time to train you. They provide lunches and breakfast for the employees and it is great to work for a company where you feel wanted and appreciated. It is great that the company thinks of nice things to do for the employees in all aspects such as small things like lunches, and breakfast. Also, giveaways and just things to keep everyone happy and motivated. It makes you want to come to work.
