The training at FlexTrade is extremely outdated and poorly done. Their established working practices are slapdash. There was a revolving door of people being hired and leaving within two years. People left constantly.

Nepostism and Destructive Culture

The job does not require much of the effort. Nobody gets fired from the job, unless and until you make a big mess, usually offending people. The reason is that people leave the company on their own and hence there is no workforce to replace them. The salary compensation is the very least compared to other companies. Now the people who don't leave the company, it's because of two major reasons. (1) Nobody wants to hire them, (2) They do not have the willingness to work anymore.

If you are a woman DO NOT work for this company. The culture is incredibly discriminatory and unpleasant. Management does not listen to ideas and is not flexible. Developers are not honest about timelines or the product functionality- zero integrity. I would not recommend working there or doing business with this firm.

I was responsible for every day to day operation. I entered transactions, prepared deposits, reconciled bank statements, I did collection, I managed 401-K plan, I managed payroll for 100 people, I assisted controller in preparing different projects in Excel for company shareholders. I liked company and my work. I wanted to go to public accounting to avoid routine.
